Dr. Anita Pandya (Pan-d-yah) is optometric physician who specializes in vision correction, fitting soft contact lenses, and diagnosing and treating ocular diseases such as dry eye.
Dr. Pandya was inspired to go into optometry by shadowing the field and exploring the ways in which the different instruments could help improve people’s vision. Today, she loves educating patients about their eyes and seeing the difference she can make in the lives of patients with challenging or tricky vision problems.
Dr. Pandya was born in New Jersey and moved to Georgia when she was 6 years old. She graduated from the the University of Georgia and then went on to pursue her doctorate degree at Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is specialized to treat ocular disease, contact lenses, pediatrics, geriatrics, and primary care.
When not practicing eye care or spending time with her fiancée and family, Dr. Pandya enjoys exploring new places in and around the Atlanta area, dancing, traveling, and swimming.
